Martin Mere

Had a great day at Martin Mere which is run by the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust at Tarlscough, Burscough, Lancashire. Really beautiful place and despite the rain I managed to take a few shots and was even lucky with the evening light when the sun popped out for 10 minutes for the Mute Swans arrival.

Landscapes so far

And these are our favourite landscapes so far. There is a museum in Husavik with a display showing the US astronauts practicing their 'lunar' landings in the early 1960's. When you see some of these landscapes you will understand why!!
